Ramkrishan Paramhansa Mahavidyalaya Kulha, Attora, Assiwan Unnao  has been on the map of higher education for more than 80000 Square Feet established in  July-2004, where only undergraduate programmes in Arts is offered in  by college with eight subject - Hindi, English,  Home science, Education, Sanskrit, Economics, and Math. The college seek to contribute to student an education through curriculum design by University.

With in a short period this college will be Ram Krishna Param Hans University (Technical and Non Technical) at High Level and also it will be standard university of India as well as World. Students will come and join the classess of B.Ed, M.Ed, Engineering, Medical and all courses of the World Level.
